Best Ideas On Obama’s Website? Legalize Weed and End War on Drugs

Barack Obama’s website change.gov has opened itself up to online democracy. He has challenged his supporters to give him their Top 10 Ideas for Change in America.
The website has revealed the Top 10 Ideas and surprisingly the first two deal with drugs. The number one idea is to Legalize the Medicinal and Recreational Use of Marijuana and the number two is to End the war on drugs.
Other ideas in the Top 10 included repealing the patriot act and legalizing gay marriage. Decriminalizing marijuana came in at number nine.

The male cannabis plant, also known as hemp, has quite low, not worth smoking, levels of THC, has been used “in the making” of car panel doors providing a fibrous resilience (Henry T. Ford), have been used to make shoes (Adidas & Converse), and has fueled a bio-diesel Mercedes as it drove through Pennsylvania; I believe Lancaster County. Our government has created a stop on the research of Cannabis for years. Just as alternative engines have been fabricated -GMC- so as to burn FLEXFUEL (85% Ethanol) which is created via corn fermentation and its bi-products, our government knows that Cannabis would more than satisfy our fuel needs causing less stress on corn distribution (feed corn, corn starch, eat-able corn, etc. . . ). In your Google browser just type in the “uses of corn”, then you’ll understand the possible stresses I am talking about.
As I mentioned before Cannabis will not only provide more jobs for Americans, but will also act as another nutrient crop that farmers can rotate. Likewise, in your Google browser type in the “Uses of Hemp/Cannabis” and hopefully you will find this statement as well: “Because hemp produces more biomass than any other plant species that can grow in a wide range of climates and locations, HEMP has a great potential to become a major source of ethanol fuel.”
Our government knows the legalization of Cannabis further rushes the medicinal use, recreational use and research on a plant/narcotic that is not only stimulating, but is also natural with some of the lowest recorded adverse effects within humans. Likewise, the high level of THC concentration found within Cannabis female, have been researched to discover various positive effects within STD’s, cancer, the eye, AIDS patients, and previously mentioned bipolarity.
When George Washington Carver, was allowed to study the peanut at the Tuskegee Institute/University he discovered over 200 uses/bi-products of the peanut which influence the making of: beverages, cosmetics, dyes, paints and stains, stock foods, foods, general, and medicines. Given what we already know about cannabis as a resource, I ask you all just think about the many uses we can further discover if we were allowed to study the cannabis plant as GWC studied the peanut?
If Obama does that, more than 80-percent of blacks in prison on bogus BS will have to be set free retroactively. Less than 20% of the serious crimes in America (murder, rape, child molestation) are committed by black men. That’s a fact. They’d have to let nearly all of them go and they aren’t about to do that. It’s money out of their pockets and one of the many ways they use to “f” black men for no real reason.

Sincerely, we as a ‘culture’ need to educate the ignorant. For example, most people don’t understand that Cannabis is the genus name for three different species: sativa, indica, and reduralis/rudaralis. As I read through some of these comments I envision and can hear the opposition gathered together saying, “Good they’re still stupid, they have no idea. They still don’t get it.”
When Cannibis was criminalized we lost one of the most resourceful plants on the planet. By criminalizing the Cannibis plant -which exist as both “male” and “female”- our government made it next to impossible for research (private or competitive) to be performed on the one plant that could, would, will put an end to this energy/alternative energy/economic crisis. Not only would/will Cannibis research create an increased need for employment - scientists, chemists, biotechnologist (yours truly), farmers, growers, harvesters, plant operators, fermenters, fermentation vat operators, supervisors, laborers, etc . . . - it will open doors to the use of cannibis (male) as a cellulosic bio-diesel fuel. A fuel with the ability to decrease our stressful need for oil. In stead of fighting over a finite resource which always presents a risk of further polluting our earth, we should be capitalizing from the infinite resource that Cannabis can provides. GWCII
big hips2008 made a very good statement above. I cant reply to that but with this….Legalize weed. It can be used to help people with suicide issues,like bi polar patients. Weed has never had a negaive outcome on society. Ever! Check its history.
